Get close to the gorgeous scenery of Mallorca at Sa Terra Rotja. This beautiful private hillside vacation rental, whose name translates to "red earth," is set between the hills near Banyalbufar and the sea. Its traditional architecture, refined interiors, four suite-style bedrooms and personalized service create a wonderful luxury escape for up to eight friends and family members.

Your holiday at Sa Terra Rotja includes a daily continental breakfast and housekeeping, as well as all beverages and lunch and dinner on six days out of a seven-day stay. Take in the panoramic sea views from the sunny sitting area on the terrace, a lounge chair by the heated pool or the al-fresco dining area, which is shaded by a pergola. The hammock is perfect for a blissful afternoon nap.

With a tile roof, stone walls and wood-framed windows, the villa takes after the traditional Mallorcan style. The charm continues inside, thanks to terracotta tile floors, beamed ceilings and brick fireplaces, while tuxedo-style sofas and oversized ottomans add both modern style and inviting seats to the living room. Beschrijving

Close to the pretty market town of Santa Maria to the north of Palma and surrounded by beautiful countryside, Casa Olivo has been described quite simply as paradise by recent guests.

Set in a beautifully maintained large private garden, the single level property has been built in traditional Mallorcan style with honey coloured stone walls, painted shutters, shaded porches and a summer kitchen. A glazed entrance hall sits at the heart of the property - opening directly onto the garden with its ancient olive tree and also serving as a connecting corridor between the living quarters to the left and the sleeping quarters to the right.

The interiors are light-filled, spacious and open plan with floor to ceiling doors and windows opening onto the surrounding gardens and understated furnishings in warm neutral colours. An open kitchen with central island has direct access onto the side pergola and then onto the porch with summer kitchen, barbecue and al fresco dining area.

There are four attractively decorated double bedrooms within the right wing of the main house. All have modern ensuite bathrooms and direct access onto the garden. The fifth double bedroom is in a separate apartment which is located under the porch to the side of the kitchen.

Gravel pathways lead across the lawn to the large infinity pool, sun-loungers and offset to the right, an outdoor lounge area set under a separate porch.

Casa Olivo has air-conditioning, underfloor heating and a fireplace in the sitting room for those cooler evenings. There is Satellite TV, Wifi internet, laundry facilities and parking for up to 10 vehicles.
